When is Area 406 Music & Arts Festival?

Where is Area 406 Music & Arts Festival?
The camping and festival grounds is located at the Flathead County Fairgrounds in Kalispell, MT.

 

What ages are allowed at Area 406 Music & Arts Festival?
The event is ages 18+ only, 21+ drink.

 

Can I wear a costume?
Absolutely! We encourage attendees to show up in their best alien and space-themed outfits!

 

May I re-enter Area 406 if I leave?
There is no re-entry for Area 406 once you have had your ticket scanned at the gate. Campers are allowed re-entry to/from the camping grounds via a dedicated entrance.

 

Can I get a refund on my ticket if my plans change?
No refunds are available once a ticket has been purchased.


Does my ticket include camping?
Festival passes do not include camping. You may purchase a car camping or RV add-on, which allows up to 4 attendees per vehicle (car/tent camping) or 6 attendees per RV. EACH CAMPER MUST HAVE PURCHASED A TICKET TO AREA 406 MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL.


When can I check in and out of camp?
Camp opens at 12:00pm on Friday, June 28th.


All campers must be out of the fairgrounds by 1:00pm on Sunday, June 30th.


What amenities are included at camp?
The Area 406 campground is located near a variety of dining, grocery and shopping options. There are restrooms & free showers on-site and campers also get re-entry to/from the festival grounds.

Can I bring flow art?
Yes! Area 406 is the perfect place to showcase your flow arts. Hoops, poi and any NON-FIRE flow toys are encouraged.

 

Can I bring my dog?
For the safety of the animal and our attendees, no dogs are allowed at Area 406 Music & Arts Festival or within the camping grounds. Dogs may not be left in vehicles unattended while attendees are at Area 406.

 

Can I bring my own food/beverages?
Outside food/beverages are not allowed inside the Area 406 festival grounds. Campers may bring their own food/beverage to the campgrounds only.

 

Can I bring a grill to camp?
Propane/gas grills are ok! Open-flame BBQs are not allowed.

What else should I bring to Area 406 Music & Arts Festival?
- YOUR BEST ALIEN OUTFITS AND COSTUMES!

- AN EMPTY CAMELBAK OR WATER BOTTLE
- SUNSCREEN
- GLOW TOYS
- FLOW ARTS
- SUNGLASSES
- SEALED CIGARETTES OR VAPE JUICE.
- SEALED GUM
- EAR/HEARING PROTECTION


 

What items are prohibited at Area 406 Music & Arts Festival?
- ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OF ANY KIND.
- ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS. DOGS MAY NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN A VEHICLE.
- WEAPONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO KNIVES, GUNS & PEPPER SPRAY.
- OUTSIDE FOOD/BEVERAGES OR ALCOHOL.
(EMPTY CAMELBACKS AND/OR WATER BOTTLES OK)
- DRONES
- FIREWORKS/PYRO.
- FRISBEES OR BALLS. (OK AT THE CAMPING ARE
A)
- GLASS BOTTLES
- BACKPACKS OR OVERSIZED BAGS. 
(FANNY PACKS, SMALL PURSES OK)


Are single-day tickets available?
If the event is not sold out, a limited amount of single-day tickets will be available once day-by-day lineups are announced.

 

Is parking available at the venue?
Paid on-site parking is available at the Flathead County Fairgrounds in addition to free street parking within a short walk of the festival entrance.

 

What if it rains?
Area 406 Music & Arts Festival will happen rain or shine.
